| | | | | paypal2020 | 02-24-2020 04:14 AM | Help: MC011 Your eBay selling account has been restricted Hello guys.
First email received by Ebay:
A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items or revise current listings. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. Any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
To appeal this restriction, you'll need to:
- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items sold on your eBay account.
-- The easiest way to do this is to submit tracking numbers for each of the items posted. This will help show buyers more of your selling history and will also allow us to confirm that your items have been posted.
Once these requirements have been met, please reply to this email and we'll begin the appeal process. Also, please be aware that we may ask you to provide additional information to appeal this restriction.
ONCE I SUBMIT ALL TRACKINGS AND ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THEY ASK FOR:
I appreciate you providing us these tracking information for the items you sold. I know it’s important for you to appeal the restriction in your account. Let me check on this and see what you can do.
Francisco, to further verify your account and your selling plans on eBay, please send us one proof of identity and proof of merchandize for the new items you listed.
Proof of merchandize
- It should be a receipt of the items recently listed for sale on eBay. These documents need to show your supplier’s name, contact information, date and invoice number.
I can provide my identity. But the problem is receipts and invoices.
I have been a Nintendo, Xbox, Play Station video game collector for 15 years and I have finally decided to put my games on sale. The problem is that I don't have receipts for NES or Super Nintendo games from the 90s. The fellow collectors offer me their games and I make the purchase sale without receipts. Is it possible to recover my account to sell? I was reading a bit on the forum and MC011 restriction is very annoying, however I am selling legal articles. Any advice?
Thanks. |

Most of the time the acc is dead. Can you start over and make some new accounts using the stealth guide?
Also, if you're making a USA account, you'll need to mask your IP to match the country.
Try a VPN from IPburger for that. |

Hindsight is 20-20 but this is kinda essential when selling on any platform. | I am from Mexico and I use Estafeta carrier to ship items. Estafeta works as an intermediary transporting the package to the border within 2 to 3 days, When I ship the item Estafeta create a tracking guide. Once Estafeta does its job and crosses the boarder, USPS, UPS or FEDEX take the package and create a new shipping label.
I can not put a guide number of Estafeta and then change it for the new one, for experience buyers complain. |

:coffee: I think their algorithm thinks you're dropshipping or something
so they want to see your "suppliers" receipt.
I'd say just call to your wonderful eBay support team
and explain that you can't provide receipts because they are garage items  | I don't know who these people are, but MC011 is NOT easy to lift.
It's practically a kiss of death most of the time.
So NO. |

This is very important.
I hope you're already in the process of making more stealth accounts? |

So NO. | Okay, I made a quick edit to bring my comment back down to earth a little.
(just wanted to inspire a little hope but ok)
I've had this happen to 2 accounts and a call to eBay was all it took both times.
1 for multi-account, and 1 for VERO
Correction:
MC113 is the kiss of death. MC011 is not.
(few have ever recovered from MC113, but according to that article, some have) |

(few have ever recovered from MC113, but according to that article, some have) | This is how it works in this order:
MC011:
1. They ask for tracking.
2. They ask for documents
3. They ban you
MC011 is to dupe you to giving them your info before they nuke you.
So correction... MC011= your account is dead most of the time.
PS: you're banned due to spamming |
