Paypal Withdraw Issues

I got a limitation by withdrawing my money without providing the tracking number.
Should i gather the details and provide to them or just leave it alone?
Does anyone got released in this situation?

Id on't know what the limitation is since you didn't share.
But if you can provide the tracking and shows it delivered, maybe you can withdraw?

From what youre saying it sounds like the account is limited.
It is not limited because you didn't provide tracking. If anything it was due to your activity and the items you sold and one of the items theyre asking for to remove this limitation is the tracking numbers.
In most cases they will ask for more than just those tracking numbers.
What else are they asking for?
