Difference btw personal and business stealth accounts?

Hi, I have had a personal, and business ebay accounts, both suspended indefinitely by ebay. I am looking to open a stealth account, and see that sellers have either personal or business accounts for sale. I'm confused as to how either one works. Wouldn't my personal/business info be needed in order to start the account, so that I can later file taxes? If not, how would filing personal/business taxes work?

I'd buy a personal then use your own EIN to turn it into business.
Then you use that to pay your taxes.

usually tax institution do not care about your ebay account . They care about money you declare

That guide sucks, I read the mini guide version and ended up skim reading it. The guide recommends using a VPN IP (Dirty IP that will flag as a proxy) and doesn't address device/browser fingerprinting.

Had the same issue with eBay and negative ratings for no reason! It's a painful process to build a good reputation and after all these sells to have your account limited.
