IP address, Which one Ebay will look and control

Hello everyone,

Could you please advise which IP address EBAY will look and monitor our ebay account?
I want to change my computer and log-in seller ebay account into new computer but the IP address will be changed, so EBAY will suspend my account?

I dont understand how EBAY track ebay seller account? Will EBAY know we change laptop?
