Does "Item not received" rate pose a danger to an account?
 

Under "Service statistics", my item not received rate is 1.5% which is label as "very high" by eBay.


Do you think this could get my account suspended? In their e-mail they said it will result in higher final value fees for items listed directly on eBay.com and not eBay.de, but said nothing about suspensions...etc


What do you think? Anyone ever got suspended because of this?

I haven't gotten suspended for this, but I have lost TRS and therefore my position on the search results. Plus the loss of 10% discount results in higher fees.

Do anything to avoid it as it takes months to get out of it.

One thing you can do is under-promise but over-deliver.
You can do this by listing longer delivery times but using a quicker service or dispatching one day earlier.
You can also set your cut off time to very early in the day.

Both options will work, but the latter is free and would get you back to good standing.

Your final value fee could go to 14% if you are a substandard seller.
