one bank account to several paypal accounts

Hello everybody! I had an ebay account with an account tied to it, paypal, all in one name. A bank account and a bank card were attached to the paypal. My ebay account has been blocked. I create a new e-mail account and paypal to a new name. Can I link an old bank account to a new paypal or will it connect my acanthus ebay?

You can either continue using the old PayPal, or you can remove the bank account and add to another PayPal. You can do the latter maximum of 3 times as long as the PayPals don't get limited whilst the bank is attached
