eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Do any sellers have low limit accounts?

How do you guys get higher selling limits? My PayPal is fully verified.

Also I created a fresh account and put my first item for sale but it's not made public I assume that eBay is inspecting my item first before people can see it. If I list a second item, will eBay do the same for that too?

Can someone share or PM me the bot that you guys used for surfing automatically?

First item is not risky type right?

Update:
I created an account using facebook on March 4th. I browsed for a day. I listed a non risky item. I linked a fully verified paypal. I listed using their recommendations, my own photos, and an auction for 3 days instead of BIN. It was a used product (so they dont consider me to be a business seller.

The account was fine for 2 days and now all of a sudden today it is suspended along with an account I made on March 6th. They were suspended minutes apart.
