How can stealth eBay+PayPal work with mismatching bank details?
 

I see a lot of stealth eBay+PayPal verified accounts for sale. I have two questions:

1. How can someone use these sort of setups when the name doesn't match the name on their bank account?

2. How do the sellers of these setups left the limits to $25,000 per month?

1) Mismatching ACH deposits are not an issue with the majority of banks

I can't really answer #2. They're using a certain method to create accounts that gets them high initial selling limits.
