Need New CRM / eBay Messages System (xsellco is now edesk)
I used to manage all of my eBay messages from all of my accounts through eBay's integration with xsellco. The cost for this was $100 per month for unlimited users and up to 1000 messages per month.
They recently changed their system to offer unlimited messages for $100 per month but you have to pay that for each user. So if I have 6 employees who are using this system they would be billing me $600 per month. Is there another alternative that is worthwhile or do I just have to pay them $600 per month now? |
