Using existing details

Is it safe to have an account with details of a friend, but who also has their own account?

So it would look like they have 2 accounts, but log in from different IP addresses.

And have a different bank account linked to PayPal.

It won't be a cause to close you down. But if you do something to get the account closed down it'll likely cause your friend to be closed down too.
