Is this safe to do this?
 

I have been suspended in the past. I was managing the account through my PHONE ( I had the ebay app )& LAPTOP. Now! I want to use my phone to share the 4G with my laptop & manage my new account.

Is this safe? ( cause I had the ebay app on my phone, and some people say that they can track your Phone's MAC ADRESS if you have the app installed)


Now Is Resetting the phone & getting a new Sim ENOUGH?

I'm going to use the phone just to share the 4g with my laptop. NOT USING THE APP.

is there anything else i should do ?

Yes, safe. There's no need for you to reset your phone if you're just wanting to use it as a hotspot. You'll likely pull a different IP anyway.

AS long as you're not using the app and it's logged out, you should be ok.
Might as well delete that APP altogether if I were you
