Ebay customer support phone not working?

Hello,
Has anyone tried calling us or uk support today and was able to reach them?
I tried calling but got an autamed message saying its unavailable.
Is there an issue?

Damn. I pay money for an anchor store literally just so I have dedicated phone support. Even that is shut down.
