IP Service provider other than IP Burger & 24vc

Is there any other providers that anyone know, or is it forbidden to talk about them here since the owners of the forum who also run these websites?

Simply the reason because I know people will ask I feel like the IPs recently are being shared even the Fresh ones "however there is nothing called Fresh IP" but my IPs keep triggering the eBay/Paypal security bots too many times.

you won't find many specialized fresh vpns made for stealth. thats why the ones you listed are so popular

There are many IPs providers. However, they are recommended since they are specialize with eBay IPs. I would not risk an account using a vendor I am not sure about him.
