I don't think so mate.
I seen that notice,it mentions it subjecting to approval,so some one gonne look into your accounts for sure.
consider they hunting accounts down recently so I won't risk that to invite someone to look at my accounts..

My stealth has been accepted for Deferral and I am currently paying half this month and half the next
