Need help to create Real eBay account.

I am from India. I am trying to create an eBay.com account with real identity, address, and higher limits.

Seems like you have the eBay stealth book. Have you not read it yet? and applied what you have learned in creating the ebay stealth accounts?

Yeah... I read that. An experienced person might take very little time and also makes fewer mistakes.

That's the reason I am looking for an expert.

Yeah... I want to start small and if it's working... I would like to scale. It's for personal use.
