Customer want a steam gift card?

Hi everyone I'm new to ebay, I dont know if this is a scam or real customer...
I have a pair of shoes(pre-owned) branded, a girl? gave me her email and whatsapp for contacting outside ebay.

the customer has 0 information under her account, only shows that she joined ebay since 2003.

She contact me and want a steam gift card said she will pay me back the shoes and the gift card.

Is this a scam or its a real customer?

I'm originally from China, we don't have ebay but we have TAOBAO
There's no scammer like this and the shops are not like this...

I have no clue where to get my customers, I got 12 things uploaded and yet not even one customer. I wonder if there's any tools that I can use to let me sell some stuff...

how do people start the first shop and make some sales at least...
