eBay is requesting me to have a US Paypal account to pay for items
 

Hi guys.

I have two Paypal accounts. One is from the US and the other one from Brazil.

On the last days when I try to pay for ebay items bought from US based sellers it is requesting me to use an US Paypal account. I would like to use the brazilian account.

Do you have any ideas?

wait that makes no sense. are you based in brazil or the us. Why would they tell you to have a us paypal account if youre in brazil. Where is the ebay account based?

Im based in Brazil. The eBay account is based in Brazil but the shipping address is in the US.

When a seller only ships to US addresses I use my US paypal account to pay and have items sent to my US shipping address.

A few days ago I tried to send eBay payments for more than 1,000 US$ in one day. Paypal said, in order to send payments is requesting to add a bank account to get verified even that Im already verified!. (Years ago I used a card to get verified with no problems). But after trying many times Ive successfully sent the payments.

Now the last items I bought I cant pay because eBay is requesting me to use an US Paypal account. I dont understand this??????????????????????

Do you think this got something to do with the request US Paypal is making me to add the bank account?

To be honestly.I wouldn't like to ship the items out if your address's country doesn't the same as your ebays.No offense,but most scams do it this way.

There is one more thing I'm wondering,how would you get your US paypal account verified since you are not an US-Citizen.

I never had this problem. Anyways the seller would prefer to ship to the USA than outside.
Got the US paypal account because of entropay. works with no problems to me

so have ever seen a message like this? ebay requesting you to use an us paypal account to pay for items? Ive never see it
