eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - My listing not still live plz help?

Still not gone live yet what is happening anyone it’s passed 48 hours so it’s not that?

4 people have viewed it and when I copy paste my item number it doesn’t show up.

How do u Google search it I copied the item number in google and Track FedEx package came up.
