Help me and suggest!!!
 

Hello everyone.
I'm new to this forum and I really needed someone's help. first of all, I'm from Portugal.
So this is the situation.
A few months ago I was suspended from ebay because I messed up with the sale of unauthorized items. I tried to make one more account and they associated me with that account banning me for good.
I think they discovered the IP.
So I have a friend who is willing to lend me his account, as far as I know the account is 4 years old and has never sold anything there. Just shopping.
What advise me? Since my internet operator won't let me change ip, it's a law here in Portugal.
Do you advise me to buy an ip on the ipburguer?
but as i am portuguese there is no problem for using a uk burger ip?
I would appreciate help.

In Portugal 5gb in mobile phone costs 30$ per month. The fresh ip is not a option?!

I thought mobile phone services were much cheaper like all the rest of europe.

Moreover, during these days confined at home for the Covid-19 we are getting 100Gb free of charge for the whole month.

Yes sure, fresh DEDICATED IP it is very good.
