Am I ready to Sell?

So I've made a stealth eBay and Paypal account about 3 weeks ago, I've built up cookies on eBay and other sites for my browser, I've even made a purchase on eBay. I want to start selling but I'm worried about getting that indefinite ban that new eBay accounts are getting.

I use IPBurger but google often asks me to verify that I am not a robot, I use a private IP address.

My question is my stealth eBay account ready to be turned into a selling account? And are their any indicators that it is? It still doesn't let me bid on items because I'm only allowed to order items with buy it now and check out immediately.

I don't want the past 3 weeks to go to waste.

I suggest when you list your very first item, use a REAL IP address, and not from a VPN datacenter IP.
Been discussed here a lot of times already.
