New seller for differences ebay market lead to suspension ?

I creat a new ebay exactly from stealth guide here !
ANd it is Canadian infor , Canadian ebay account
Is there anyone here experiences with start new listing on ebay.com ( US ) ?
Yeah i know Canadian ebay account start selling on ebay.ca is normal but what about i try to listing on ebay.com ? too risky ins't ?
Should i start my first listing on ebay.ca or ebay.com ? ( make any differences ? )
