For age ebay account:

I can put 2 or 3 used product on new accounts, even if they are not sold to age 3 month and paypal does not hold the money or i need my account have transaction during that time for paypal no hold my money 21 days?

Very tough to predict - it's standard to have the hold on the money so if there is no activity, best to assume that there will likely be a hold when first sale is done
