MC011 solved but now another problem
 

Hi guys, months ago I got the MC011 ban but I managed to lift the ban in 3 days, I sent all the info.
I was selling for months with no problems but tonight they closed all my listing, at like 3 in the morning, I think it was a bot that closed the listing for sure.
In the e mail they told me that they closed it because the item are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but this is not true because I already sent them the contract with my supplier with my signature on the contract and the signature of the boss of the company I am working with, is like a 10 pages contract with all the info..
I will call them in a couple of hours, have you ever got something like this? What happens if I relist the items?

What happens if you relist the items after a couple of days? They say that they closed the listings for safety of the buyers, because i can send different items or bad quality items.
Are they crazy? i do hundreds of orders every month with only positive feedback and no customer has ever complained. And i have a contract with a company that i already sent them WTF

If you relist them you'll get a 3 or 7 day suspension. Then you do it again, it'll be a 30 day or permanent suspension.

I'd wait and talk to them, give them proof of authenticity if you have them

I have it but they don't give a **** about my proof, they keep telling me that from the photos the system say that the item can be ⊗⊗⊗⊗. But the other sellers with similar photos are selling it with no problem, they told me that they know that I have the contract with the supplier but this don't mean that the items are original, I will take different photos of the items and relist them in a couple of days

If you relist, never use photos from banned listing.
Not sure, however they probably use hashsum checking of image.

My bet is you're going to be suspended for real this time.
So it's your choice if you want to take the risk or not.

I have been selling these items without problems for almost a year, But this month I changed a detail in the listing that I shouldn't have changed. In a few weeks I will create the listings with different photos and with the old details that I have always used. I think that was my error.

The only thing in my opinion is that they are not satisfied of you invoices and contracts.just try to them clear about your contract.

If they were not satisfied with my contract why 30 minutes after I sent them the contract they unlocked my MC011 ban and said is all OK?
They don't want to put my listing up again because the bot closed it automatically and they think the bot is good.

I told them I can give them more proof with receipts, contracts etc but they don't want it lol, they change everytime discussion
