Hi everyone I don't have the 'promoted listing option' available on my listings, How do I get it ?

Thanks for the reply @TinSoldier do you know how much should I sell ( sales history ) with a good shipping time etc... to actually get promoted listing?

Ebay grant this offer to random sellers not every one.but once you have selling history they will give you as well
