Attack my stealth plan - opinions needed
 

Hey I read the eBay Stealth Book. I got banned from ebay using my real info. I would like to create a new eBay account with my sisters info (I have her permission). But before I start I want to know if there is any holes in my stealth plan.

1) I will use my sisters info (She has same last name)
2) I will use a new UPS business address.
3) I will use new IP from mobile hotspot.
4) I will use new bank account info and new phone number and new email.
5) I will use new debit card attached to my sisters name and new address.
6) I will apply for a business EIN number.
7) I will get business Ebay and business PayPal account using new EIN business number.

If PayPal or Ebay asks for SS number or proof of ID I can give my sister info (I have her permission). The only thing is her ID has my old address which I used already on my account that was banned.

Is there anything that I'm missing, anything that I'm doing wrong, anything I can do better. Thank You ALL and I hope to hear from you soon!

Looks solid to me. Your main area of potential '**** up' is if you aren't careful and slip up (accidental login from the old IP, etc)

Do you think it is a cause of concern that my sister and I have the same last name?

Doubt it. For one, there's a TON of different people with the same last name.. Or even the same first, middle, and last name... And in any case, you were banned. She wasn't. For all intents and purposes, she's a separate person who lives a separate life.

What about if they ask for ID verification. Would that be a problem because they actual ID has the same address I used when I was suspended.

Allow me to clarify, She never used Ebay. I will create a new account in her name. I am saying that if I use her Drivers License ID to verify, would that be an issue because her Drivers License ID has the same address that was used on my banned account.

Hi, yes it will be a problem. It will most certainly link you to her if they check it.

If you get limited they want to verify your name, address and other info.

All it takes is them to see your sisters name and the different address and search that address and pull up your info in the system.

Does your sister have a different ID card like maybe her passport won't have her address just birthday? Not sure how it works in the US

Here in canada we have a health card which has only birthday not address but photo ID.
You can easily say you don't have a drivers license because you don't drive so need to show other ID

I think address maters if your selling activity will same as your suspended account
