Can my UK eBay account be set to an address outside the UK? E.g. Belgium, Ireland

After my UK ebay account has been in operation for 3-4 months, can I set the location of some items outside the UK? For example: Belgium or Ireland.Thanks

Yes you can change the item location but the return address etc on your account need to be where you live
