suspicious buyers

Hi Aspkin Community!!! Peace~

I recently had some sales, around 5 from eBay buyers who all had zero buying and selling feedback, accounts were made at least 1-3 days ago, all had Bellsouth emails and all located in Doral Florida. I haven't shipped anything to them yet, however i will need to make a decision by tomorrow at the least.

if you're familiar with this suspicious situation or have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks :cheer:

What's the nature of the item? Is it something that fraudsters would want and how much does it cost? Are the addresses residential or commercial?

Sounds pretty f'ed up to me. I would not trust it.

Whats the value of these items?

Is it worth someone to rip you off?

Is this a new account you are selling from?

You obviously have doubts so there is your answer
no-one will advise you to send it.
look at options....

cancel transactions > relist = zero loss
...
complete transactions > possible chargeback within 6 month = loose everything

Re: suspicious buyers

Transaction defect rate won't affect your seller status until you have transactions with defects involving at least 4 different buyers as an eBay Top-rated Seller or 5 different buyers as an above standard seller. So if this is one person who intends to do damage, they seem to know what they're doing.

Also, had you cancelled all the transaction within an hour of receiving payment, they would be unable to leave feedback of any kind.

If I were you, I'd risk cancelling it all and throw them on your block list in the interim just to be safe.

I wouldn't advise so but if you wanted to be really cheeky, you could contact one account and ask if they are purchasing with multiple accounts.

Anyone with sinister intentions should take off at this point.

Not that much. Just a few smartphone accessories.
