Best place to buy old ebay/paypal account.

Im looking to purchase a aged ebay and paypal account to sell items. I want to avoid all holds etc and would like to know who should I purchase from. I will be selling from USA so is uk pp safe?

it is not smart to use uk pp, because withdrawal to bank account will be in gbp, and you receive usd. high price for conversion.

Difficult to avoid all holds from the get go.

You have access to us bank account? Might as well stick with us pp even though it will be withdrawal only. Dropship model for sales though?
