Should I buy Items before I list my first listing? HELP

Hello! I have a few questions:

1. Is it must to buy a few products before I list my first listing?

2.eBay won't let me bid at Auction in my new STEALTH account, and at Fixed Price they do. Why?

3. Do I use N-VPN Proxy? recommended? Is there another cheap and good one? Can't pay 30$ to IP BURGER too expensive for me.

What works for me is selling a cheap item first.
Like a book, dvd, or used clothing. Then after 3 months of selling
cheap items, you can then sell what you want,
I made over 15 accounts like this.

No branded clothing though or high-risk new dvd or textbook I'd wager

better to sell your first items for zero profit, just cover the buying price and the shipping fees; to sell easily and quickly, think about profit later.

No you don't. But you can try to gain some cookies by browsing through ebay, adding items to wishlist e.t.c.before listing

The first item you sell is very important. Ebay somtimes manually review your first listing.
Make sure it's not high risk! Sell somthing cheap at first!
