Does ebay really care about this DNS address or not ?? | What do you mean if DNS address can match IP? Please explain.
You should find out why your accounts are getting suspended. A scattergun approach or following a lead just because it fascinates you is only going to lead to more suspended accounts.
I've posted somewhere here that when in this sort of situation, one should consider using an iteration method—only changing one item per complete iteration until the culprit is found.
I sometimes use Google or OpenDNS to speed up browsing with our primary, non-stealth account, and all has been well so far.
Seeing the nature of DNS, it would be insane of them to suspend you for using one. But if it helps them associate your similar looking accounts, in theory, your *customised* DNS could help them complete the missing link - so that you could be suspended for something else.
In this case, DNS would just be the final nail in the coffin. If you want to use one DNS across many accounts, be prepared to make all your accounts as dissimilar as you possibly can.
I don't know how you're implementing these, but if you have a handful of DNS IPs to include in the iteration suggested above, you can enforce it locally at the LAN adapter level for each eBay account.
Good luck.
