Can eBay link me from identity questions asked before?
 

My stealth account got mc011 and I’m worried they will ask for ID documents next. This account name is my middle name as first name, same last name. If I submit my passport if they ask, does this cause issue? Example: John Anthony Smith is my name. Name on this stealth is Anthony Smith

Secondly, my first legit account got perm banned with my legit first and last name (John Smith). Never had to submit ID documents for this account, but a rep did verify my identity by asking what previous address I lived at, did I own this car etc. If I supply my passport to appeal the suspension on my stealth, does that cause a link because they did a public record search on my real name before ? The stealth account is new address, new IP, new number, new paypal

Well I sure hope they don’t ask for identify documents. I can provide the wholesale supplier invoices for sure. It sucks I aged this account well for 90 days and I had a couple thousand dollar sales earlier last week and bam, mc011. I sell household items, no electronics.

just send creative documents with the name on your ebay account?

It was known to work but as time goes by, of course things get harder

I guess my question is when the rep asks you questions from the public records data to verify you, does that information get logged in? If so, then me submitted ID would "link" me because of my name and DOB?

That's what I had to do on some of my 15 accounts. I sent them a photoshoped ID, to get around the questions.

Creative ID’s work. I’ve had great success doing those.

Really? Doesn’t eBay run it through a system and determine is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ !

Depending on the ID used, best that they can "run through" is the algorithm used for ID numbers for the particular ID.
