How to explain this ?

How can you explain this :
1. Bought new phone number
2. Created new paypal and added VCC ( didnt connect to fb )
3. Registred ebay with new email, name, home address and new number ofc
4. Did all that as "New User" with Nord VPN turned on
5. Fresh installed Mozilla
7. Did some ebay browsing. Did not start any listings
8. 1 hour later - account suspended.

How when everything is new...how how how ?

it's the VPN provider you are using. Switch to IPburger

And what to pick there ? I am coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina, there is no fresh IP for my country...which package to buy ?

VPN's are problematic in general these days, I switched to a Mobile Internet Dongle about a month ago and my new accounts have been a lot more stable. With a Mobile Dongle, it will give you a different IP every time you plug it in so it is also great for switching between accounts too.
