Brand New Account Suspended - They Want To Verify Info
 
After opening a new account, everything was fine for several days until I tried to list a used polo shirt for $20 with free shipping. I then received this message after trying to list it...

After reviewing your eBay account, we've noted several concerns with your recent activity that pose a unacceptable risk to our community. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.

We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community.

While suspended, you won't be able to use eBay. Registering a new account may hinder any option to appeal your account. If you would like to appeal this action, we need to verify your account information and your eBay activity directly with you.

So they want to verify my info with me. But with this whole pandemic issue, how am I supposed to do that if I can't call in? I don't mind verifying the info because it's a second business account that's probably linked to an already existing business account in good standing. I just wanted a backup account.

I always listed new products. If EBAY asks you to verify yourself recently, it is good. Because recently my appeal email is: this is our final decison and you have to find another platform to continue your business.

u have the option to email them or if its a german account u can still call them.......
