eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - In need of help address

You can change both addresses - people move house all the time and no one thinks anything of it. I changed the address on my stealth Etsy account after 3 weeks - no problem

yes - why wouldn't you? If you moved house on a genuine account why wouldn't you change the addresses

Paypal and Ebay are not going to have intimate conversations about your address but definitely change the Ebay one

Not every one takes time to investigate how the package arrived there and most people simply ignore it ! so it means he/she is strict in this issue and if you offer some money it can make the situation more complicated and makes the receiver more suspicious , just say it was your old address .
