Should the IP address should be dedicated and static?

This may be discussed already in the forum , but I wanted to ask if IP's can be dynamic for stealth accounts? will they raise issue?

Or should stick with dedicated IP?

For multiple accounts, it's good to have dynamic IP and avoid crossover of IPs over accounts

I was noticing one of my vpn service was giving me dynamic ip while using one of my accounts while it was around same state and region.

I hope it is not issue for stealth account.
