Create Multiple eBay account using VMware + USB modem for IP address

Hello
I want to create multiple eBay accounts but u can't find VPN provider at my country Egypt so I would love to Create Multiple eBay account using VMware + USB modem for IP address, so is it will be OK to use USB flash modem for each account or it will affect the accounts ( when I llok up for Mac address for that USB flash modems I can't find one)

i think you have to spoof your mc address,
