Please Help!

So the paypal (1 )linked to my ebay acount is verified with a virtual credit card which I can't withdraw with.
I had an ebay account in the past (it's banned now ) ,associated with a paypal account which then verified with my real credit card (with my name and everything on it )
So the question Is if I Linked my old credit card which was linked to my old paypal will this link me by any means?

Please Help

no, ebay and paypal do not share creditcard information with each other

So ebay can't find out about PayPal and vice versa

I thought eBay bought PayPal?
