Stealth book question

Okay Yes I am new. I have been doing a little bit of research on this. The question I have is why sell accounts when you could just buy the stealth book and do it yourself? Also i have a legit old ebay account since 2011 and I just met my seller limit. Would this be beneficial for me. Thank you guys

When you buy accounts, you usually get a super high limit account.
Making one yourself takes time.

IMHO doing both covers all angles.
