Help pls!!!

So the paypal (1 )linked to my ebay acount is verified with a virtual credit card which I can't withdraw with.
I had an ebay account in the past (it's banned now ) ,associated with a paypal account which then verified with my real credit card (with my name and everything on it )
So the question Is if I Linked my old credit card which was linked to my old paypal will this link me by any means?
