Getting past the first suspension

So i just created my 1st stealth account like a week ago and got paypal verified by visa card, after i listed my 1st item for sale i got the suspension, i read about it and they say it usually happens so you can call in and remove it, but nowadays their call center isnt working, any idea how to solve this issue?

NO, it' doesn't usually happen. It only happens if you made mistakes creating the account or you're selling something they don't like
