What gift card for PP/eBay verification? Vanilla?

Do the non-reloadable vanilla cards still work?

Can I use the same card for both ebay and paypal?

If vanilla doesn't work, which one does?

I have only worked with the one-time loadable ones which were doing fine once zipcode registered to the eb/pp address
