The more i read on these forums the more questions i have. Can you use a mobile hotspot in replace of a dedicated ip addy?

Does the hotspot need to be created with a cell that has no links to previous ebay accounts?

Sorry for late reply but thank you for replies. A burner phone is still a cheaper option then $115 or so to setup a year of fresh dedicated IP.

You donīt need new phone only new SIM
