Ebay accounts on Facebook

Has anyone purchased eBay stealth accounts outside aspkin. I was a fool and bought one. I sent a payment and seller said he would email me a stealth account within 2 hours and know it’s been 2 days and no word from him. This seller has his own webpage and Facebook page. Any help would be appreciated
