Also when I add a VCC card, what address should i register it with? My real address or the address i have with my ebay/paypal? Thanks!

Why you would like to burn your name . Dont take risk.
If you want to make stealth accounts more than one you cannot use your name again and agaain. Add VCC or you can use vanilla card to verify.
