I am trying to list an item and I keep getting this error what can I do

It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
You have reached your maximum account balance limit. Your limit is based on transaction history and reputation as a seller on eBay. Your history of selling on eBay and any previous past-due balance may affect your limit.
