Chrome multi users

Hello,

I am new to stealth. I have a question.

Latest Chrome has multi-users function. Can I register different accounts in different Chrome users? Since Chrome don't share cookies across users, I just need to make sure each Chrome user has a different IP address by Chrome extension.

Please correct me if it does not work in this way.
