Ups sent to wrong address?!
 

Hi everyone,

I ordered a product off my supplier who I’ve used for a very long time. They sent it via ups. I live in the UK but the tracking is showing as delivered in Spain?!?! I messaged my supplier, and they sent me a picture of the label they used which clearly states my name and address and the correct tracking number.

I don’t know what could have gone wrong. How is it possible to be delivered in Spain when the label clearly states an address in United Kingdom? Any ideas? Going out of my mind with worry as it’s an expensive order :pout: We use this supplier all the time and never had any problems. Thanks in advance.

why cant you call UPS-UK,they must have an office there.
Or your supplier can call local UPS place where he dropped off your shipment

I emailed them and their just saying it’s showing as delivered, no help at all via email. I’m going to ring them after the bank holiday weekend and speak to someone properly. Just wanted to see if anyone else on here had experienced this before

Call UPS and have them rectify their mistake. If you can't get through on phone or live chat etc try facebook and twitter (a bit of public shaming makes companies more proactive to deal with your issue i've noticed mainly on facebook).

I myself never had any issues with UPS so i don't know the complaints procedure but i imagine they will re-book it for collection and take it to where it needs to be.

What’s weird is on the tracking it says it was received in someone’s name then underneath says “left at: office”. I’m wondering if my supplier has given me another one of her customers tracking numbers as I was questioning the delay of my parcel and maybe the label she sent me “as proof” with the correct address and tracking number was created right there and then on the spot? And now she’s acting confused and blaming ups? Maybe not but I just find it strange. I guess I won’t know anything until I can speak to someone at ups properly.

unless Spain has the same street and city as UK,else it cannot be delivered,my guess is that it is either going to UPS UK or return to sender/
UPS should be able to tell you
