I was selling digital goods on eBay and i get restricted indefinitely from selling on my main account and that cause to restrict the other two old accounts that have same info and payapl/credit card and even trying open new eBay account with virtual machine didn't work since i linked it to the same paypal account i used on the main eBay account. So i see there is no way only to get stealth and buy an account from here.
So I'm interested to buy seller account from here and get back to selling digital goods on eBay, And i have to buy eBay stealth guide too to understand how it works, but before that i have some questions i hope some one here can answer me:
1- eBay stealth guide is it just eBook to read or do have more than that like helping tools or something similar?
2- I see that it cost 20$ for month but what the difference between it and the lifetime access ?
3- If i want to create or use eBay stealth account can i do that only from virtual machine + Vpn ? no need to use new pc for that ?
3- If I buy UK VPN and buy eBay/paypal accounts from here is there no problem to get the accounts shut down since the accounts created and used from different Ip address already ?
5- What is the difference between accounts with (information to remove receiving limits IS included) and (information to remove receiving limits IS NOT included) that sold here ?

Sorry for the many question but i have no experience in this and this my first time when i'm seriously interested to buy an eBay stealth guide + ebay/paypal accounts.
