Switching from VPN to hotspot question
 

Hello everyone, I had a question about VPNs and a hotspot I can potentially use. I have had IPBurger for about 6 months for my stealth account and so far so good, but I was wondering if I can switch over to my phones hotspot (verizon) and connect through that, as I was reading that mobile IPs look better to ebay/PP than a VPN IP. I have also read people saying VPNs are better in the long run if I would like to sustain this account (Im unsure if this is true?? If someone could clarify), but I'm not sure what to do in this case.
