Is it fine if I log-into my Friend's U.K based account, from my real U.S.A ip adress?

(my Ip ain't blacklisted though)

No, Lucas you cannot do that.
you'll need a UK VPN for that.

can't find a UK VPN at ipburger it says u.s vpn , Is it for all countries?

yes you can log from any point in the world. I would not listen to much to someone who has VPN advertisements in his signature and tells you you need a VPN

While technically not ideal, you can log in with any IP if you have the cookies in place - I have done it for UK, USA, Canadian accounts but only after cookies and lot of correct-country IP use - just my own experience
